Can you even begin to imagine how much it will cost to rennovate it? This isn't some house flip you can hide everything behind some paint and drywall and cheap flooring. You're going to have city engineers up your ass 24/7. Oh that rusty pipe? You can't hide it behind a wall. Inspectors need to be able to access it during inspections. Which we'll perform very often. It is over 100 years old after all... Hell, just getting building supplies to the top floor

Believe me when I tell you I know that the Air conditioning sux in that penthouse and the plumbing sux there too.. and no amount of money will fix either of them without destroying floors and walls all the way down the building... that's why they will never be able to fix the plumbing and the air conditioning system and heating system you need to take the entire penthouse ceiling down and start from scratch... which will cost millions to do. So you will have a great view of the city and live in a $130,000,000 penthouse that you're freezing in the winter and sweating in the summer and no pressure when you take a shower, and sometimes you won't be able to flush your toilet...sucker...lol
